1. Introduction
Paylontria B.V., based at Groeneweg 45, 1011 AB Amsterdam, attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. This privacy policy describes how we collect, use and protect data when you visit our website paylontria.nl or sign up for our Eco newsletter.
2. What data we collect
We only collect data that you voluntarily provide through the newsletter signup form, namely your first name and your email address. In addition, we collect anonymised usage statistics if you give consent through the cookie banner.
3. Purpose of the processing
Your data is used to send you the weekly Eco newsletter with information on renewable energy, farming developments and the protection of the environment in the Netherlands. We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Retention period
We keep your data as long as you are subscribed to the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every newsletter. After unsubscription, your data is removed within thirty days.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correction, deletion and objection regarding the processing of your data. Send a request to redactie@paylontria.nl. We respond within four weeks in line with the General Data Protection Regulation.
6. Security
Our website uses an SSL certificate (https) and we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
